Dyna-Glo Drip Pan – Official Replacement Parts
Our official drip pan replacement keeps your grill running at peak performance season after season. Engineered to exact OEM specifications, this porcelain-coated steel tray catches grease and drippings before they reach your burners, preventing flare-ups and extending the life of your grill's core components.
We designed this pan with steep sidewalls and reinforced corners to handle heavy grilling sessions without warping. The smooth porcelain finish releases burnt-on residue with minimal scrubbing, so you spend less time cleaning and more time cooking. Compatible with multiple Dyna-Glo grill models, it drops into place without modification—no drilling, no adapters, just a direct factory fit.
- Porcelain-coated steel construction resists rust and corrosion
- Steep sidewalls prevent grease overflow during long cook sessions
- Factory-spec dimensions ensure perfect fit in Dyna-Glo grill chassis
- Heat-resistant coating withstands temperatures up to 600°F
- Reinforced corner design prevents warping under high heat
Materials & Construction

We manufacture every Dyna-Glo drip pan from heavy-gauge steel, then apply a dual-layer porcelain enamel finish that bonds to the metal at over 1,500°F. This process creates a glass-hard surface that resists chipping, scratching, and chemical breakdown from acidic marinades or cleaning agents.
The steel core provides structural integrity under thermal stress, while the porcelain coating delivers non-stick performance without synthetic chemicals. Unlike bare aluminum pans that pit and corrode, our porcelain finish remains smooth through hundreds of grilling cycles. The coating also prevents bare metal contact with drippings, eliminating metallic flavors that can leach into drip-pan liquids used for basting or gravy.
Compatibility & Installation

This drip pan fits Dyna-Glo gas grill models with standard burner box configurations. Before ordering, measure your existing pan’s length, width, and depth to confirm dimensions match our specifications—most of our grills use a universal 24-inch chassis, but some compact models require a narrower tray.
Installation takes under two minutes. Remove your old pan by lifting it straight up from the burner box, taking care not to spill accumulated grease. Slide the new Dyna-Glo drip pan into the mounting slots until it rests flat against the bottom supports. No screws, clips, or hardware required—the pan’s weight and friction-fit design keep it securely positioned during cooking.
Care & Maintenance

Routine Cleaning
After each grilling session, let the pan cool completely, then remove it and scrape solidified grease into a disposal container. Wash the pan with hot soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge—avoid steel wool or harsh scouring pads that can scratch the porcelain.
For baked-on residue, soak the pan in warm water with a grease-cutting dish detergent for 15-20 minutes before scrubbing. Stubborn spots respond well to a paste made from baking soda and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean towel to prevent water spots.

Drip Pan Questions & Answers
Measure your current drip pan's length, width, and depth before ordering. Most Dyna-Glo gas grills use a standard 24-inch burner box, but compact models may require smaller dimensions.
Check your grill's model number on the rating plate (usually located on the side panel or propane tank bracket) and compare it against the compatibility chart in the product specifications. If your model isn't listed, contact our parts team with your measurements and model number for confirmation.
This drip pan is designed specifically for Dyna-Glo gas grills and may not fit charcoal grill chassis. Charcoal models typically use different drip tray shapes and mounting systems.
If you need a drip solution for charcoal grilling, we recommend disposable aluminum drip pans placed beneath the charcoal grate, or our dedicated charcoal ash pan accessories designed for that fuel type.
Replace your drip pan every 2-3 years under normal use, or immediately if you notice cracks, chips in the porcelain, or rust spots. Heavy users who grill multiple times per week may need replacement sooner.
Inspect the pan monthly for damage. Once the porcelain coating is compromised, the exposed steel corrodes rapidly and grease can leak through onto burners, creating fire hazards and uneven heating.
Porcelain-coated steel pans resist corrosion, withstand higher temperatures, and clean more easily than bare aluminum. The porcelain finish is inert and won't react with acidic foods or cleaning chemicals.
Aluminum pans are lighter and less expensive, but they pit, corrode, and warp faster under repeated heating cycles. Bare aluminum also oxidizes when exposed to grease and moisture, leaving a chalky residue that's difficult to remove.
We do not recommend dishwasher cleaning for porcelain-coated drip pans. The high heat and harsh detergents in dishwashers can degrade the porcelain finish over time, causing micro-cracks that lead to rust.
Hand-wash the pan with hot soapy water and a soft sponge after each use. For stubborn residue, soak in warm water with grease-cutting dish soap for 15-20 minutes before scrubbing.
Yes. A properly installed drip pan catches grease and drippings before they reach the burners, significantly reducing flare-ups and uneven flames. If your current pan is cracked, warped, or overflowing, grease drips directly onto burners and ignites.
Pairing a new drip pan with regular grease cup replacement ensures consistent heat and safer grilling. Empty the grease cup after every 3-4 cook sessions to prevent overflow.
Our replacement drip pans carry a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers material flaws, porcelain coating defects, and dimensional errors—not normal wear from use.
Damage from improper installation, cleaning with abrasive tools, or exposure to temperatures exceeding 600°F voids the warranty. Keep your purchase receipt and contact our parts support team within 90 days if you experience any defects.
